DocGen Levels and Pricing

Base Package

The Base Package is for companies whose only requirements are to create and print documents. All you need to do is provide your data in an ASCII or XML format then the Base Package has the functionality to merge that data into formatted documents.

Pro Package

The Pro Package includes the Base Package functionality plus JetTrac OutputDirector which gives you the ability to fax, email, web delivery and/or index and create archive documents in PDF format. With JetTrac OutputDirector you can do things like: Send Grouped Documents (Batches) to Multiple Locations, Automatic name PDF for electronic distribution, Emails documents via formatted HTML, Look-up distribution data for document recipients and much more.

Customization

Each package, whether the Base or Pro Package, is fully customized to fit the needs of your business. Customization includes customized document templates designed specifically for your business, and individual setup of DocGen for your company's unique needs.
